Flow Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Basics are heated to 87 - 90 degrees, bring a towel and expect to sweat!
Vinyasa — All levels classes are Vinyasa classes designed for all students. From beginners who are willing to be new and challenged, to more advanced practitioners who know how to up-level when necessary. Our teachers will provide the space and instruction for all students to feel safe and empowered to move their body. Students must have a willingness to be challenged and rest when needed on their ow.
Yoga Basics - This class is designed for beginners and students who would like to focus on the foundational postures in Vinyasa Yoga. You can still expect a challenge for the body and mind. This class moves a little slower, has more description on how to get into alignment, and has more simple transitions and movements than our all levels classes.
Restorative Yoga (Not Heated)- A deeply restful practice thats focus is on relaxation. This class is done on the floor with the support of props. Postures are held for a minimum of 3 - 5 minutes
Flex Class Descriptions
Bootcamp — Typical "Boot Camp" experience, complete with dynamic movements, body-weight exercises, a tough instructor and an environment rich in success!
TRX — TRX suspension training at it's finest! Use your body weight to obtain the results you deserve.
Spin — Indoor cycling with dynamic instruction to build your endurance and cardio conditioning. Expect a fun workout with music and scalable intensity.
