The Magic of Chairs
Using a chair in yoga can give us a point of reference outside of ourselves. A chair has no bias when it comes into contact with our body.
It gives us something to push up against, has a surface that holds, lifts, and offers new angles and perspective for each pose and transitions in between poses.

-how to build a home practice
