A chance to recharge and deeply connect to yourself, lots of options to move and breathe in the ways you love most, downtime by the pool or to explore local beaches and restaurants, as well as a day to have a little party with your UFF crew. Accommodations in 2 luxury, beach front, private Villas in close proximity to town with a pool and private beach
4 shared golf carts for us to explore the island as a group

Yoga or fitness each day (some days both)

Registration & Payment
A non-refundable $700 deposit is required at the time of Registration. Remainder is due 30 days prior to departure. To register for the retreat and for any questions regarding flights please contact Heather Harrah:
Flights
Please book your flight in BZE the international airport. Our conceirge will book our puddle jumper flights to the island for us to coordinate pick up times from the airport.
Payments can be made via PayPal (3% fee will be charged if using PayPal for credit card fees), Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or check.
Cancellations
Book with confidence. If you must cancel your retreat the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. A full refund, less deposit, will be given for a cancellation 90 days or more to our departure date. For cancellations 60 days prior to the retreat a 50% refund, less deposit, will be given. If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, absolutely no refunds will be given.
